Why go to Victoria Falls?
A WORLD HERITAGE SITE, VICTORIA FALLS IS ONE OF THE WORLD’S GREATEST NATURAL WONDERS AND THE STUFF OF LEGENDS, ROMANCE, AND MYTH.
The indigenous Batonga people called the Falls Mosi-oa-Tunya, which means “the smoke that thunders,” long before Scottish missionary and explorer DR David Livingstone “found” them in 1855. They were given their queen’s name by Livingstone.
